1. Purpose of the policy

Why this page exists and what you can expect from bibleo.

bibleo.ai is a content creation platform (images, videos, music, mini-books, etc.) using artificial intelligence, designed primarily for churches, ministries, worship teams and Christian influencers.

This policy explains in concrete terms:

Which types of content are allowed, limited or prohibited;
How the enhanced moderation works (AI models + bibleo filters);
Why some biblical scenes are sometimes refused or adapted;
How to phrase your prompts to get a result compatible with these rules.

By using bibleo, you accept this policy. If you do not agree with these rules, you must not use the service.

2. Target audience & Christian orientation

A tool designed for Christian, pastoral and educational use.

bibleo aims to provide content suitable for a broad audience: families, children, teenagers, online services, the church's social media, etc.

No content that trivializes or glorifies sin, violence or hatred.
No content that twists biblical texts to shock or provoke gratuitously.
Seeking a kind, edifying and respectful tone for the Christian witness.

Deliberate choice: the filters are stricter than the average mainstream AI tool. Some content that is even "legally allowed" will still be refused on bibleo as an ethical and spiritual choice.

3. Moderation principles (AI models + bibleo)

How the filters work and why some prompts are blocked.

bibleo relies on external artificial intelligence models with their own safety system, to which internal bibleo filters are added (keywords, sensitive topics, abuse logs, etc.).

Content is analyzed upstream (prompt) and sometimes downstream (generated image/video).
When in doubt, the system always chooses to refuse rather than to let it through.
Neither you nor bibleo can force an AI model to accept refused content.
A "neutral" request can be blocked if the algorithm interprets it as risky.

In practice, you will sometimes see:

Error messages or generation refusals;
Images/videos that are more symbolic, stylized or softened than what you had imagined;
Differences in handling between two very similar prompts.

About "black" or empty results
You may sometimes get an almost entirely black image or video, or a result that shows nothing of what you asked for. In most cases, this means that the AI model tried to generate the content, but the safety filters (AI engine + bibleo protections) judged the prompt too risky or ambiguous (violence, sexuality, sensitive remarks, etc.).

Technically, the credit is still charged because the generation was launched on the model provider's side, but the final image is blocked or neutralized. This is neither a punishment nor a deliberate bug: it is the price to pay for an AI that stays consistent with Christian, healthy and respectful use.

When this happens, we simply invite you to rephrase your prompt by: "softening" the violent or sensitive elements, removing the shocking details, and emphasizing the message (faith, hope, repentance, forgiveness…) rather than the raw scene. These safeguards are there to set us apart from a use of AI that trivializes immorality and to protect your congregation as well as your witness.

4. Strictly prohibited content

Non-exhaustive list of refused themes, regardless of context.

The following are notably prohibited (and generally blocked automatically):

Sex & nudity: partial or full nudity, underwear, suggestive scenes, explicit embraces, bedroom scenes, erotic or pornographic content, even between married adults.
Minors & sexuality: any sexualization of children or teenagers, or ambiguous situation (strictly zero tolerance).
Explicit violence: blood, detailed wounds, torture, weapons used to injure or kill, realistic war scenes, horror, gore, mutilations.
Drugs & addictions: drug use or glorification, scenes of excessive drunkenness, trafficking, syringes, etc.
Hate speech: insults, attacks or denigration of a group or a person (race, origin, religion, orientation, gender, etc.).
Harassment & intimidation: targeted mockery, defamation campaigns, threats, public humiliation.
Illegal content: glorification of terrorism, child abuse, crimes, scams, etc.
Deepfakes and impersonation: imitating the image or voice of a real person (pastor, leader, celebrity, politician, etc.) without their explicit consent.

In the event of accidental generation of problematic content, you must delete it immediately and report it to us. bibleo reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the event of abuse.

5. Sensitive biblical content: how to phrase the prompt

Concrete examples around David & Goliath, Jonah, Solomon, etc.

Some biblical accounts contain violence, judgments or very painful situations. Spiritually they are important; but technically, AI filters often flag them as dangerous content.

Here is how you can adapt your requests to stay faithful to the biblical text while respecting moderation.

5.1. David & Goliath

The moment when David strikes Goliath with the sling and then cuts off his head is considered a scene of explicit violence. It will almost always be refused if you request it directly.

Example of a prompt to avoid

Illustrate David throwing his stone into Goliath's head with blood and Goliath falling to the ground.

→ Contains detailed violence and an explicit injury: very high risk of blocking.

Example of an adapted prompt

Young shepherd David facing the giant Goliath on a battlefield, David holds a sling and looks up to the sky with confidence, Goliath is in the distance, blurry silhouette, children's biblical illustration style, without violence or blood.

→ The scene emphasizes faith, courage and the size contrast, without showing the impact or the wounds.

5.2. Jonah and the great fish

The image of a man "in the belly" of an animal can be interpreted as a dangerous or gory situation, especially if the inside is detailed.

Example of a prompt to avoid

Jonah stuck inside the whale's belly with pieces of food, a dark and slimy interior.

→ Risk of being classified as "gory / unhealthy content", even if your intention is educational.

Example of an adapted prompt

Stylized biblical scene showing a great fish near a boat on the open sea, Jonah praying on the deck, an atmosphere of repentance and hope, children's cartoon style.

→ The story and the message (repentance, grace) are illustrated without any shocking depiction.

5.3. Solomon and the divided child

The proposal to cut the child in two is clearly a scene of violence against a minor, which is categorically blocked.

Example of a prompt to avoid

→ Violence against a child, explicit threat: content systematically refused.

Example of an adapted prompt

King Solomon seated on his throne, two women talking before him with a baby in the arms of the true mother, an atmosphere of justice and wisdom, gentle biblical illustration style, without any weapon or threat.

→ The emphasis is on wisdom and the true mother, not the threat.

5.4. General rules for biblical scenes

Favor the moments before or after the point of violence, never the detail of the blow.
Avoid the words: blood, kill, death, beheaded, gore, horror, torture, etc.
Say explicitly: "without violence", "without blood", "children's illustration style".
Emphasize the message (faith, courage, forgiveness, wisdom, salvation) rather than the violent action.

6. Proper use of AI & user responsibility

bibleo is a tool: the intention and the final use remain in your hands.

As a user, you agree to:

Respect the dignity of any person depicted or mentioned.
Not manipulate biblical messages to deceive or manipulate an audience.
Not use bibleo to attack, ridicule or humiliate anyone.
Check that your content complies with applicable laws (image rights, copyright, GDPR, etc.).
Clearly inform your audience when content is generated or modified by AI.

You remain responsible legally and morally for the content you publish from bibleo, including if it was generated or suggested by an AI.

7. Limitations, blocks and sanctions

What can happen in the event of problematic content or circumvention attempts.

bibleo reserves the right to:

Block a generation or display an error message without notice.
Temporarily limit certain features for a user.
Delete hosted content deemed contrary to this policy.
Suspend or close an account in the event of repeated or serious abuse.

These measures may be taken even if the content has technically passed through the automatic filters, as soon as it is contrary to the spirit of this policy.
